Payam Vahedifar M.D
Dr. Vahedifar graduated with honors from UCLA and then graduated from Tulane University College of Medicine, where he did extensive research on nerve-associated pain. He completed residency training at UCLA Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Multi-Campus Residency and its affiliated hospitals, including Shriners Hospital for Children, Wadsworth Veterans Administration, Orthopedic Hospital, and Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center.
After residency, Dr. Vahedifar continued his training under the head of orthopedic spine surgery at Orthopedic Hospital and completed postgraduate training in spine and interventional spine treatments.
Dr. Vahedifar is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
